It was another one of those spectacular sunsets in Sylvan Beach that keeps you smiling. Beautiful evening followed by a perfect weather Saturday morning that motivated us to get out the bikes! No not the ones with motors that you can hear frequently in the village. The type you need good old-fashioned pedal power for. We chose to drive to the Canal Park entrance in Chittenango and hop on the trail from there. We rode for about an hour and a half. The views of the canal were so serene and combined with the sounds in the woods it really was a great ride. We stopped to check our maps (love that app!) and realized we could get to Carrabba’s in Fayetteville fairly easily. What a great way to take a break from the ride and enjoy our lunch on the outdoor patio. It was so great to get some exercise and be a part of a spectacular view along the way.
